New Delhi [India], November 5 (ANI): Taiwanese electronics manufacturing giant Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., popularly known as Foxconn, reported a 45.73 per cent year-on-year surge in its consolidated revenue to an all-time monthly high of NT$1.305 trillion (USD 39.61 billion) in October 2026, driven by strong demand for artificial intelligence (AI) products, consumer electronics and computing products.
According to the company's unaudited monthly revenue report released on Thursday, October revenue increased 12.66 per cent from NT$1.159 trillion (USD 35.18 billion) in September 2026, marking the highest single-month revenue in Foxconn's history.
The company had reported revenue of NT$895.7 billion (USD 27.19 billion) in October 2025. In US dollar terms, October revenue increased 39.7 per cent year-on-year and 11.4 per cent month-on-month.
Foxconn also reported record cumulative revenue for the first ten months of 2026, reaching NT$8.98 trillion (USD 272.65 billion), representing a 40.40 per cent increase from NT$6.39 trillion (USD 193.94 billion) during the corresponding period last year.
In US dollar terms, cumulative revenue for January-October increased 38.4 per cent year-on-year, marking the highest-ever revenue for the period.
The company attributed the strong October performance to growth across its major business segments, particularly cloud and networking products, smart consumer electronics, computing products, and components.
"Cloud and Networking Products: Benefiting from pull-in momentum for AI products, this category showed strong growth YoY," Foxconn stated in its revenue report.
The smart consumer electronics segment also recorded strong year-on-year growth, supported by higher shipment prices and accelerated customer demand.
Similarly, the computing products segment benefited from higher shipment prices and pull-in momentum, while components and other products registered strong growth due to increased demand for core components and other income.
On a month-on-month basis, smart consumer electronics recorded strong growth, while computing products and components and other products witnessed significant increases.
However, cloud and networking products registered a slight sequential decline despite continued strong AI-related demand, primarily due to changes in the consignment model, tight supply conditions and the initial production ramp-up of new models.
Looking ahead, Foxconn expects AI-related operations to maintain their growth momentum during the fourth quarter of 2026, supported by the traditional peak season for information and communications technology (ICT) products.
"AI-related operations are expected to continue growing in the fourth quarter. Together with the traditional peak season for ICT products in 2H26, this should support overall performance in line with current market expectations," the company said.
However, Foxconn cautioned that the impact of the volatile global political and economic environment would require continued monitoring.
The company is scheduled to hold its investor conference call for the third-quarter financial results on November 12, while its November monthly revenue report is expected on December 5.
Foxconn clarified that the reported revenue figures were submitted to the Taiwan Stock Exchange and had not been reviewed or audited by a certified public accountant. (ANI)
